Our fruit purée is obtained from apples, pears, apricots and/or peaches.
We produce both "tal quale" (natural) and concetrated fruit purée. On customer's demand
the concentrated fruit purée can reach a concetration degree of max. 36/38 Brix.
In order to satisfy all the requirements of our customers we can store the "tal quale" fruit
purée both in
aseptic bags
contained in conical metal drums and in
aseptic tanks.
